2015 International HFES Conference

Registration for this year’s HFES conference in Los Angeles has begun!

The conference will be from October 26-30th at the JW Marriott in downtown Los Angeles.

There is a discount for students who are registered members of HFES.

The HFES council will help coordinate room shares/transportation for those who are interested. If you are interested, please email any of the HFES council officers.

Student Volunteer Cochair Thomas Gable has set up a student roommate-matching service for the Annual Meeting. You can view the responses of others after completing the survey, and you are responsible for contacting those who match your preferences and for making your own lodging arrangements. Also, an HFES 2015 Conference Student Attendees Facebook group for Annual Meeting student attendees has been created to relay information, share travel tips, provide updates about social events at the meeting, and address any issues or questions that you may have.
